REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted on custom orders unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. 

If there is an issue with your order, please email hello@clubchainstitch.com as soon as possible, and we will work with you to get it fixed.

 

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

You can refer to Shipping tab on the specific product page to find up to date information about processing times.


Standard shipping is $3.99 flat rate for all US orders with free shipping automatically applied to all orders over $75.

When you check out, there are a number of shipping options to choose from if you'd like to speed up the shipping time for your order.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking info for your order.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To care for your embroidered shirt, wash inside out in cold water and air dry or tumble dry on low.

To care for your garment after ironing on a patch, hand wash and air dry.

To care for your garment with direct-to-garment custom stitching, hand wash and air dry.

CUSTOM REQUESTS

If you'd like another shirt color, thread color, font, or another custom detail that isn't available in our shop, email us before placing your order. Most custom requests like this can be fulfilled but may involve a slight price increase.
