 REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

If there is an issue with your order, please email hello@clubchainstitch.com as soon as possible.

Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 2 weeks of receiving your order, as long as the returned item is unused and in its original condition.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on any custom orders.

 

SHIPMENTS + DELIVERY TIME


You will receive a tracking notification when your order has shipped.

Ready to ship items will ship out in 1-2 days.

Custom t-shirts will ship out in 5-7 days.

Bigger custom orders may take longer to ship. You will be informed of your specific ship time when the order is placed.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To care for your embroidered t-shirt, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing directly on lettering.

To care for your garment after ironing on a patch, hand wash and air dry.

To care for your garment with direct-to-garment custom stitching, hand wash and air dry.



CUSTOM ORDERS + REQUESTS

If you'd like to place an order for a custom item not listed in our shop, email details to hello@clubchainstitch.com or fill out the form on our Custom Page.

If you'd like another t-shirt color, thread color, font, or another custom detail that isn't available in our shop, email us before placing your order. Most custom requests like this can be fulfilled but may involve a slight price increase.
